Thomas-Olivier Gaboury is a lawyer in the Business Law, Mergers and Acquisitions group of our Québec City office.

His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, and new and emerging technologies. He is known for his charisma, strategy and attention to detail. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Université Laval and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in law with a tax specialization at HEC Montréal.
