Marc-Antoine practises commercial law and corporate mergers and acquisitions at BCF. He assists both regional and international companies in structuring and negotiating their mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations. His skills include drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, taking into account legal, financial and business aspects.
