Bell Media recently entered into an agreement with Groupe V Média to purchase its general-interest channel V and its video-on-demand service noovo.ca. The amount of this major transaction in the Quebec media landscape was not disclosed by the two entities.
In this transaction, our merger and acquisition partner Nathalie Gagnon represented Groupe V Média and its founding president Maxime Rémillard.
