Sale of GLB Fire Protection a Success

Founded in 2000 and a leader in the manufacturing, installation and inspection of fire protection systems, GLB Fire Protection was recently sold.

The company’s owner wanted to find a buyer able to bring the company to a higher level while preserving the core values that have made it a success. From the beginning, GLB Fire Protection has stood out thanks to its engineering skills in the design of complex sprinkler and alarm systems available throughout Canada.

The success of this transaction lies on the fact that the priority of the parties has always been to capitalize on the existing team’s skills and to preserve the company’s essence to ensure its longevity.
