Prevtec Microbia to be Acquired by Elanco

Under an agreement reached recently, Prevtec Microbia Inc. will be acquired by Elanco Animal Health. This partnership is the culmination of both companies’ efforts to offer sustainable alternatives to antibiotics in order to improve animal health and their joint commitment to introduce biological products, particularly for pigs.
