BCF Represented Allied REIT in Two Major Acquisitions

The 700 De La Gauchetière West tower in downtown Montreal was recently purchased by the Toronto-based Allied Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (Allied REIT) for a total of $322.5 million.

Allied REIT owns several loft/industrial class-type buildings in the Mile-Ex area as well as in Old Montreal. It has also recently acquired the RCA Building in Saint-Henri for $80 million.

As part of the acquisition of these two important properties, BCF represented Allied REIT's interests with a real estate team led by consulting partner Laurent Roy and comprising Eleonora Eusepi, Pierre Pratte and Julie Doan.
