Isabelle Landry and Audrey-Anne Béland, Co-authors of the Union des Municipalités du Québec’s Guide about Tourist Accomodation

Updated in October 2022, the guide is a tool to assist elected officials and municipal officials in their decision-making regarding tourist accommodation activities within their municipalities. This new version of the guide, originally published in January 2020, reflects the recent changes brought by the coming into force of the Tourist Accommodation Act and the regulation under the new Act on September 1, 2022. The authors cover the following topics:
