Investing in Women: Accelerate Progress

On International Women’s Day, let us be mindful that gender equality must be a priority through which we build a healthy and inclusive society.

We are extremely proud of the significant role played by the 356 women working at BCF. They are key to strategic decision-making, accounting for 62% of our lawyers, 57% of our executive committee members, and 67% of our chief officers.

Our Managing Partner Julie Doré, who has been at the helm of the firm since last September, believes that women’s success is primarily a collective achievement. “I am honoured to be BCF’s first female managing partner,” she says. “I owe much of the pride I feel to all the women who have believed and continue to believe in a prosperous, fair, and above all, inclusive community for the future.”
