Ouellet Group Acquires Roy Auto Group

Groupe Ouellet, a family-owned business of 19 car dealerships present in the regions of the Capitale-Nationale, Bas-Saint-Laurent, Gaspé Peninsula, Eastern Townships and Centre-du-Québec, has recently acquired Groupe Roy Auto, a key player in the automobile industry in the Centre-du-Québec.

In addition to the four new car dealerships, this transaction allows Groupe Ouellet to add the Kia brand to its offering. The success of this transaction lies in the fact that the two companies already share the same vision by placing the customer at the heart of the purchasing experience and the after-sales service. Consequently, the integration of the Groupe Roy Auto banners will be carried out with the greatest respect by leveraging the strengths of the management and sales teams as well as all the existing personnel. This acquisition allows Groupe Ouellet to settle in the Bois-Francs region and to reach another level.
