Béton Concept A. M. Acquires CLP Construction Inc.

To expand its range of specialized services and maintain long-term growth, Béton Concept A.M. recently announced that it had acquired of CLP Construction Inc., a company dedicated to the execution of heavy infrastructure projects.

Nicolas Croteau, Béton Concept A.M.’s President and Chief Executive Officer stated that this transaction will give his company access to major public sector projects, noting that the Québec government plans to invest in the coming years nearly $5 billion to improve and maintain infrastructure throughout its territory. 

Béton Concept A.M. has grown dramatically over the past 3 years: its annual business volume has increased from $3.5M to over $22M and its staff has surpassed the 100 employees mark this year. 

In this acquisition, Marie-Pier Baril, a BCF partner, represented the purchaser’s interests, with the assistance of Chantal Mongrain, paralegal.
