Acted on behalf of Epitopea Inc., a Canadian corporation, and Epitopea Limited, a U.K. corporation, in connection with the USD$31M (£24M) cross-border, pre-Series-A preferred share extension financing round of these companies, with an exchangeable share structure, led by a syndicate of international investors including Advent Life Sciences, CTI Life Sciences, Cambridge Innovation Capital (CIC), Fonds de solidarité des travailleurs et des travailleuses du Québec (FTQ), Investissement Québec, adMare BioInnovations (NEOMED Institute) and IRICoR. These companies are transatlantic biopharmaceutical company specializing in the development of off-the-shelf RNA-based cancer immunotherapeutics;

Sale of a Québec-based telecommunications company to a leading telecommunications operator;

Acted on behalf of Québec counsel Allied Properties Real Estate Investment Trust in its acquisition from Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust of a Canadian office and retail portfolio consisting of six properties;

Acted on behalf of Sika, a global manufacturer of specialty construction products, in its acquisition of Sable Marco Inc.;
