BCF’s financial services team advises and represents a number of Canadian banking institutions on matters relating to daily banking activity as well as to less common transactions requiring custom-made solutions and guidance.

We represent them in cross-border financing transactions, debtor in possession financing, credit arrangements, private placements, securitisations, structure financings, and subordinated debt lending. We design consumer loan and leasing programs and advise on the marketing of financial products. Our litigation and dispute resolution team is well versed in the challenges facing the banking industry and defends our clients effectively should a dispute arise.
