Strategic Forum on New Working Realities
Succeeding in the Era of Global Talent.
A company's sustainability is determined by how well it can adjust to change.
A whole new working reality is taking shape, creating more opportunities for business leaders. Innovative solutions such as international teleworking or recruiting temporary foreign workers for key positions, providing new expertise or compensating for a lack of manpower are now available to companies. However, these new dynamics are not without risks and challenges and companies must be prepared to face them by acquiring new skills.
That's why, in collaboration with the Conseil du patronat du Québec (CPQ), we are hosting on Tuesday, May 16, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., a strategic forum on the new working realities at our Montréal office. Join us to learn more about the subject and acquire the necessary skills to adjust to it.
Denis Hamel, Vice-President, Workforce Development Policies at the CPQ, will be our moderator for this event.
