A New Partner Joins our Business Law Team

We are pleased to announce that Sabrina Guillot has joined BCF as a Partner in the Business Law Group at our Québec City office.

Sabrina has more than ten years’ experience and specializes in real estate law and taxation. She advises clients on structures for holding and developing property and has acquired specific expertise in establishing investment funds and drafting commercial contracts in support of such structures.
