Sherweb Acquires Global Mentoring Solutions

Sherweb, an award-winning global cloud solutions provider, recently acquired Global Mentoring Solutions Inc. (GMS), a North American support and IT management business that specializes in white-labeled MSP support, such as helpdesk and NOC services.

This acquisition adds a lot of value to Sherweb’s offering and will help MSPs streamline operations and deliver value-added managed services. For more than 20 years, Sherweb has been helping businesses around the world improve their agility and reduce IT costs by hosting their messaging and collaboration environments in the cloud. More than 6,000 partners and 80,000 companies worldwide grow their business using Sherweb’s value-added services.

In 2020, Sherweb acquired C2 Enterprise and PurelyHR. These recent acquisitions all enhance Sherweb’s ability to support business transformation and consolidate its position as the true MSP business partner in the channel.
