Shaun E. Finn Named Fellow of Litigation Counsel of America
We are proud to announce that our Litigation Partner Shaun E. Finn has been selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA).
Co-leader of BCF’s Class Action Defence group, Shaun acts on behalf of corporate and institutional defendants in product liability, mass torts, consumer protection, privacy, and securities matters, among others. Having been cited by various courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada, Shaun has also pleaded cases before the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, the NAFTA Arbitration Tribunal, the Superior Court of Québec, and the Court of Appeal of Québec.
The LCA is a trial lawyer honorary society whose membership is limited to less than one half of one percent of lawyers in North America. Fellows are chosen based on their litigation accomplishments and outstanding reputation.
