André Ryan: The Grand Prix Lawyer

Dans les coulisses du Grand Prix du Canada, à Montréal, se cache notre associé André Ryan qui a accepté d’expliquer à Droit-inc comment il veille, depuis des années, aux enjeux juridiques propres à cet événement d’envergure:

“The Grand Prix is the largest tourism and logistics event in Canada. Obviously, there are several legal challenges specific to it, regarding access to the site, to suppliers and to everything that comes up over the weekend. This is a special moment, given that the organization employs nearly 5,000 people, and welcomes 100,000 people per day. There is also the negotiation of agreements, first with Formula 1, and then with the local Grand Prix partners, such as the City of Montreal, Tourisme Montréal and the Government of Quebec.”
