BCF unveils the third cohort of 10 startups for BCF Imagine

Montreal, November 27, 2018 - One year after unveiling the first cohort of 10 startups selected to be part of BCF Imagine, BCF is proud to present the third cohort that will benefit from its exclusive program dedicated to legal and strategic support.

This third selection includes young companies operating in growth sectors such as health, transportation, environment and telecommunications, mainly using artificial intelligence to solve the issues their industries are facing. These startups offer innovations that have the ambition and ability to change the game in Quebec, Canada, as well as internationally.

Here are the members of BCF Imagine’s 3rd cohort :

  • Opportune Therapeutics

  • Qarrot Performance
  • Aeponyx

These startups bring to 30 the number of companies accompanied by our professionals and experts in less than a year. The 4th cohort, which has already some remarkable companies, is currently looking for candidates and will be completed in early 2019.

BCF Imagine is the gathering of five strategic teams from the Firm - Business and Technology, Venture Capital, Taxation, Intellectual Property and Mergers and Acquisitions - supported by our sector specialists in Litigation, Labour Law and Business Immigration - who put their talent and their experience together to propel innovative companies from here.

The startup team dedicated to this program supports innovative companies in the various aspects related to the launch of their activities.
