Wajax acquires Groupe Delom Inc.

Founded in 1963, Montréal-based Groupe Delom has made a name for itself among the leading North American companies specializing the maintenance and repair of critical electromechanical and rotating equipment for continuous process industries.

BCF is proud to have contributed to achieving the vision of the Groupe Delom shareholders: ensuring the organization’s continuation and long term growth through the acquisition of their company by Wajax, an industrial products and services provider based in Toronto. The transaction is valued at $51.8 million.
