Véronique Milot practises civil and commercial litigation in our Québec City office. She is mainly involved in shareholder disputes, transactional disputes, commercial disputes and extraordinary remedies, such as applications for safeguard orders, injunctions and seizures before judgment.

Véronique joined BCF in 2021 as a student, completed her articling and was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2023. 

During her law studies, Véronique clerked for the Honourable Simon Ruel of the Court of Appeal of Québec and was selected to represent Université Laval in the Concours de plaidoirie Pierre-Basile-Mignault, an event in which the six Canadian civil law faculties compete. 

Her outstanding academic results have earned her several distinctions, including second place on the honour roll of the Faculté de droit de l’Université Laval, which lists the 20 students with the highest graduation averages.
