Toby Stewart

Toby Stewart is an accomplished technology executive with over three decades of experience in leading complex transformation and innovation initiatives across the financial services, aerospace and professional services sectors.

Most recently, Toby spent five years leading a multi-year digital transformation program for a major Canadian pension fund. In this role, she guided the organization’s transition from on-premises systems to a fully cloud-based environment, integrating SaaS platforms, data analytics and PaaS capabilities to modernize business operations and enable data-driven decision-making.

Toby’s career also includes senior leadership positions with National Bank of Canada and 19 years with Bombardier Aerospace where she delivered enterprise–scale initiatives in IT strategy, governance, outsourcing, and global program delivery.

Recognized for her ability to bridge strategy and delivery, Toby excels at mobilizing diverse teams and delivering measurable outcomes aligned with business objectives.

She holds an MBA from the University of Toronto and a BA in Psychology from St. Francis Xavier University.
