Simon Mayrand focuses his practice in civil and commercial litigation as well as administrative law. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil law and a degree in common law. He has extensive experience in municipal law and regularly handles real estate cases before Québec’s courts. He has been involved in challenging the validity of certain provincial and federal laws, as well as in various class actions.
