Sarah Leclerc

Sarah Leclerc is a member of our litigation team at the Québec City office. Her practice focuses primarily on construction law, commercial litigation, and civil and professional liability. She represents clients such as project owners, contractors, subcontractors, and construction professionals in disputes of varying scales before Québec’s common law courts, including the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal of Québec.

Sarah has also served as a research assistant and teaching assistant to various professors at the University of Sherbrooke. She has worked in key areas such as contract law, insurance law, and tax law. She also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), which gives her an excellent ability to understand the challenges and seize opportunities in the cases entrusted to her. Her diverse background and multidisciplinary skills make her a versatile and meticulous attorney capable of adapting to the varied demands of her practice area. She has also distinguished herself throughout her career through her dedication and academic excellence, winning various scholarships and ranking among the top 10 students in her university class.
