Sarah Leclerc is a member of our civil and commercial litigation team in the Québec City office. She handles cases involving latent defects, construction law, civil liability, and commercial litigation.
She holds a Canadian certification in the protection of personal information and privacy, issued by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Prior to joining BCF, she strengthened her compliance and privacy skills through three internships with a major financial institution. Sarah is an active member of the Data Protection and Privacy Committee, where she contributes to various compliance-related mandates.
Sarah has also been a research and teaching assistant to various professors at the Université de Sherbrooke. She has worked in key areas such as contract law, insurance law and tax law, which has enabled her to hone her writing skills and deepen her understanding of legal issues. Sarah also holds an MBA, which gives her a broad vision of business issues and an exceptional ability to grasp the challenges and opportunities in the cases she handles. Her diverse background and multidisciplinary skills make her a versatile lawyer, able to adapt to the varied requirements of her practice area.
