A graduate of McGill University and the Université de Sherbrooke, Sara Korhani was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2013 and joined the firm’s Civil and Commercial Litigation group in 2023.
Sara focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation as well as restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency law, She regularly represents trustees, creditors, debtors, financial institutions, stakeholders and SMB’s in complex and highly contested matters before various instances of the Québec courts, as well as before administrative and regulatory tribunals.
With her in-depth understanding of the intricate legal landscape, Sara regularly leverages her knowledge to ensure that her clients receive tailored guidance and representation in a wide array of contentious matters, including shareholder disputes, commercial lease litigation, hypothecary recourses, restructuring of distresses businesses, and injunctions.
