Rebecca Simon

Rebecca Simon joined BCF's real estate law team in June 2025 as a notary and focuses her practice on real estate title examinations. She has been a member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec since 2021.

Before joining the firm, she acquired five years of experience as a title researcher/examiner working for several notary and law firms as a title examiner in the field of real estate law. In the course of her career, Rebecca has had the opportunity to conduct a number of title searches, more particularly for a large animal park and for major real estate projects.

Her attention to detail, rigour and keen curiosity enable her to handle very long and complex cases.

From June 2016 and April 2018, she was president of the Association des étudiants noirs en droit de l'Université de Montréal, where she had the opportunity to organize several events and activities highlighting the exceptional careers of many jurists, including several judges.
