- Acted on behalf of a Crown corporation in arbitration proceedings for a claim of over $100 million brought by a general construction contractor concerning, among other things, differing geological and geotechnical conditions, additional demands, unforeseen work and site extension;
- Provided assistance to real estate developers and promoters with large-scale real estate projects valued in the tens of millions of dollars, in and around the greater Montréal area, including crystallization of acquired rights;
- Acted on behalf of general contractors in major construction law claims against public-sector clients;
- Commercial advice to Canada's largest real estate investment funds and portfolios.
