Raphaël Côté is a member of the Montréal office's Commercial Litigation group, focusing his practice on real estate and construction law.

Well known for his effective management of complex cases in technical fields, he also provides upstream advice to real estate entrepreneurs, managers, promoters and developers on major projects or in the day-to-day running of their businesses. Thanks to his pragmatic approach and intellectual consistency, he can offer clients innovative solutions and prevent potential litigations from going to court.

  • Acted on behalf of general contractors in major construction law claims against public-sector clients;
  • Commercial advice to Canada's largest real estate investment funds and portfolios.
