Philippe Pelletier Leblanc is a lawyer in the Litigation Group of our Montréal office. He focuses on administrative and municipal law. He also has experience in tax litigation.

A former high-level hockey player, Philippe is still actively involved in the sports world. He is part of the firm's groupe of lawyers that acts on behalf of several National Hockey League teams in salary arbitration cases. He is also a decision-making member of the Comité de protection à l'intégrité du Regroupement Loisir et Sport Québec and acts as an independent arbitrator in charge of hearing disciplinary cases for several provincial sports federations.

Before joining BCF, Philippe worked for a national law firm and clerked for Federal Court Justice Richard Bell.
