Paul Caron-Plaisance

After completing three co-op placements and his professional training internship at BCF, Paul Caron-Plaisance joined our Business Law group as a financing lawyer. As such, he is involved in various mandates for both borrowers and financial institutions, including the drafting and negotiation of agreements (credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, etc.) and the registration of security interests.

Paul is meticulous and possesses a structured and sharp mind, enabling him to excel during his law studies, where he received several academic distinctions. Interested in the academic aspects of law, he served as a research assistant and as Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Université de Sherbrooke Law Review.
