Patricia Isaac is Director, Client Strategy at BCF. She works closely with the firm’s lawyers and other professionals to drive growth initiatives that combine creativity, efficiency, and strategic vision. She leads the team responsible for business development and service offerings, implementing processes and initiatives designed to maximize the firm’s visibility and market presence.
 
A trained lawyer with an MBA, Patricia has over 15 years of experience in the legal sector, including more than a decade dedicated to business development and marketing within regional, national, and international law firms. Her career is marked by versatility, spanning communications, content marketing, proposal and pitch management, recognition programs and legal rankings, as well as client development and strategic advisory. This combination enables her to implement integrated, practical initiatives tailored to the needs of the firm and its clients.
 
Committed to the profession and the broader community, Patricia is active in the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) and is the founder and co-lead of BCF’s Black Professionals Network (BPN).
