Maxime Bergeron is a lawyer in our Litigation Group. He focuses mainly on civil and commercial litigation. Maxime deals with clients from various fields and makes good use of his skills and thoroughness by coming up with legal solutions tailored to each client's needs. As a business partner, he takes a pragmatic approach, taking into account the commercial issues at stake so as to achieve practical results.

A cum laude graduate of the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law, Maxime organized various events with major law firms and other business stakeholders as part of his mandate as Vice-President of Social Affairs for his student association.

Before joining BCF, Maxime acquired experience at another major law firm, which allowed him to develop his litigation skills.
