Having been with BCF since 2015, Maude has held a variety of positions within the communications, marketing and operations teams, where she has distinguished herself through her adaptability and versatility. She began her career in the world of journalism and television production, where she developed her problem-solving, coordination and project management skills.

Now Chief of Staff alongside the Managing Partner, she supports the latter in the effective management of the firm's strategic and operational activities, ensuring collaboration between involved parties to achieve the expected results.

Maude stands out for her collaborative leadership, her ability to manage several projects simultaneously, to navigate in complex environments and to build strong relationships her colleagues.
