Marion Fauré has over 20 years' experience as an IP attorney for major international companies, both in-house and with leading French IP firms.

Prior to joining BCF global, Marion was a partner at a major French IP firm. She holds a PhD in lasers and condensed matter, and works in a wide range of technical fields, from mechanics and quantum computing to physics, thermodynamics, optics, and electronics.

Marion is well equipped to guide and support her clients in their intellectual property strategies, not only in France, but also in Europe and North America, together with her colleagues on both sides of the Atlantic. Her expertise in oppositions and appeals before the European Patent Office and her assistance to lawyers in French litigation are valued by her clients.

She now devotes her time to developing our European offering from our Paris office.
