Marie-Lou Gauthier

Marie-Lou is a lawyer in our Labour and Employment Law Group in Montréal. Her practice is diverse, ranging from supporting commercial transactions to advising and acting on behalf of employers before civil and administrative tribunals. Her practice covers, among other things, collective and individual labour relations, occupational health and safety, and human rights.

Marie-Lou began her legal career with a leading Montréal law firm before shifting her focus to the technology industry in New York. Prior to joining BCF, she held the position of Director of Customer Success, where she was responsible for the overall strategy, success, and account management for all Meetup Pro subscribers— a subscription-based offering designed to help companies create and manage local communities. In this role, she advised major technology companies such as Google, Microsoft, IBM, and Amazon.
