Marie-Josée Aumais focuses her practice on the drafting of testamentary trusts, inter vivos trusts, mandates in the event of incapacity, estate settlements, marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements.

Marie-Josée prepares and coordinates files assigned to her by notaries and other professionals from her team. She joined the BCF Wealth Protection group in 2008 after 22 years as a notary with a general practice.
