Marianne Lapointe is a member of our Québec City office's labour and employment law team, where she focuses her practice in all areas related to this field.

Throughout her career, she has focused her practice on labour law, thanks to the cooperative internships she completed as part of her dual degree in law and business administration. She began her career in a regional private practice, where she worked with a diverse clientele of employers, unions and workers. She then went on to work as a lawyer for a labour union federation, handling cases related to health and safety in the workplace, which gave her solid experience before the courts. She has worked in several sectors, including manufacturing, health, education, construction and public safety.

With a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), she has a comprehensive understanding of business management issues, while integrating the legal dimension into her day-to-day approach. This dual perspective is an asset when handling her cases.

Thanks to the diversity of her background and her intellectual curiosity, she approaches each file with flexibility and discernment, taking into account the multiple interests at stake.
