Manon is a seasoned professional in communication and marketing, an entrepreneur, visionary, and creative strategist with a thousand ideas, active in the field for over 25 years. A woman of action, she founded the agency dada in 2010, which she led until 2024 before transferring ownership. Under her leadership, the agency experienced remarkable growth, expanding to over 30 employees and building a strong reputation thanks to its unique culture, collaborative creativity, and ability to amplify its clients’ business potential. In 2024, dada ranked 19th among the best workplaces in Canada with 100 employees or fewer.
In January 2025, Manon embarked on an exciting new challenge: a 12-month mandate at BCF Business Law as Vice President, Marketing and Client Strategy. BCF, the third-largest law firm in Québec, is recognized as an employer of choice and is celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2025 with exciting business and communication challenges.
Previously, she held the position of Vice President of Communications at Saputo, where she was responsible globally for corporate and internal communications, investor relations, and spokesperson duties. She notably developed the organization’s donation and sponsorship policy and oversaw its implementation across all communities where the company operates.
She also served as Director of Marketing Communications and Government Affairs at the Agence métropolitaine de transport, where she managed advertising campaigns, launched new services, and implemented public relations strategies. In 2003, she initiated the Montréal event “En ville sans ma voiture !”. In 1999, she led the first societal campaign promoting public transit, which received numerous awards in Québec and internationally.
Manon has held various roles within the Association of Creative Communication Agencies (A2C), culminating in her presidency of the board of directors from 2022 to 2024. She is also a board member of AluQc, Québec’s aluminum cluster, and a jury member for the Influence Création Gala 2025 in the categories Creator of the Year and Company of the Year—an event celebrating the best digital content creators in Québec.
In 2022, she received the Impact Entrepreneur – Medium Business award from the Réseau des femmes d’affaires du Québec. In 2007, the School of Management Sciences at UQAM awarded her the Young Leader prize for her exceptional career.
