Luka Pavlović is an associate in BCF's Business Law Group. Drawing on his dual business and legal educations, Luka efficiently executes complex legal transactions to achieve and exceed our clients' strategic and financial objectives. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, private equity, public contracting, and business law. A thoughtful communicator and experienced negotiator, he is sought out by our clients for his detail-oriented and pragmatic legal advice.

With over 7 years' experience, Mr. Pavlović began his career at a national Canadian law firm where he worked on private mergers and acquisitions, and banking and real estate transactions. Most recently, prior to joining BCF, Luka acted as senior legal counsel at GDI Integrated Facility Services Inc., a leading North American commercial facility services provider whose shares are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX). With his combined private practice and in-house counsel experience, Luka is uniquely positioned to appreciate and anticipate our clients' operational challenges and business realities. His broad perspective allows him to devise and implement bespoke, cost-effective and value-added legal solutions to realize our clients' most complex business objectives.
