Kevin Desjardins is a lawyer in the Public and Municipal Litigation group at our Québec City office. His practice focuses on real estate, expropriation, urban planning and development, zoning, the environment, municipal taxation, public call for tenders and regulatory compliance. He acts for public bodies such as municipalities and public corporations, and for private-sector companies such as real estate developers, building contractors and landowners.
Rigorous and versatile, Kevin advises and represents his clients before the courts and administrative tribunals of Québec.
Prior to joining BCF, Kevin practised with a provincial law firm and a boutique firm.
A graduate of the Université de Montréal, Kevin worked closely with litigators in private practice and with a pan-Canada organization throughout his university career. During this time, he was also involved with community organizations, notably in the fields of homelessness, professional equivalence and taxation.
He practises law in both French and English
