Kayla Petosa

Kayla Petosa has been a member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec since 2013 and primarily practices in real estate law. She maintains a general practice with a pronounced expertise in residential real estate law, particularly in divided co-ownership and the execution of real estate development projects. In this capacity, she assists developers, promoters, and private clients at all stages of their projects, including the drafting of preliminary agreements, information memoranda, deeds of sale, and other related contracts.

In addition to her real estate practice, Kayla also provides services in law of persons and family law. Having completed several specialized training programs, she drafts wills, mandates of protection, and matrimonial agreements. She is also authorized to officiate marriages, thereby offering her clients comprehensive and personalized legal support.
