Julien is a partner in our Litigation Group who focuses his practice on civil and commercial litigation, construction law and professional liability. He also provides assistance to our clients in matters of insurance law, defamation and shareholder disputes.

He has successfully assisted our clients in a number of complex cases before the courts and in arbitration, as well as in alternative dispute resolution.

Julien has been a member of our team of lawyers involved in salary arbitration for several years, representing more than half of the National Hockey League (NHL) teams. Given his keen interest in sports law, Julien is also a member of the Sports Law Group of our partner Meritas, a global network of leading independent law firms.

Julien is involved in the firm's various initiatives and sits on its Information Technology Priorities Committee.
