Julie Leduc is a notary in the Real Estate Law Group of our Montréal office. She specializes in commercial real estate transactions, project financing and mortgage guarantees.
Julie completed her Bachelor of Laws (cooperative system) and her Master of Laws in Notarial Law at Université de Sherbrooke. Through four internships during her academic journey, Julie has acquired invaluable experience giving her all the tools required to meet major legal challenges in an innovative and effective way. Her academic excellence has earned her the prestigious Jacques Beaulne Prize awarded by the Chambre des notaires du Québec.
Being a violinist, she finds solace in music, where she draws inspiration and balance. Playing the violin regularly has given her a keen sense of listening and precision, qualities she utilizes every day, guiding her clients through the complexities of commercial real estate law.
