With over 25 years of experience, Isabelle Gagnon never loses sight of our clients' main objective. Her creativity, strategic vision and negotiating skills allow her to effectively counsel entrepreneurs and business executives with advices tailored to their reality. 

Her expertise in Canadian taxation enables her to accompany our clients in the growth of their organizations, from SMEs to large corporations, as well as the most promising start-ups. She implements innovative and effective solutions for the businesses she advises, regardless of the complexity of their structures and tax issues. 

More specifically, Isabelle specializes in mergers and acquisitions as well as business succession transactions. Her extensive experience allows her to help entrepreneurs and their families in making informed decisions at various stages of their professional and personal lives. 

In 2022, Isabelle was named Fellow CPA by the Québec CPA Order for her exceptional contribution to the profession. Before joining BCF, she previously worked for several large accounting firms.
