Gabrielle Lachance Touchette is a partner in the Montréal office's Litigation Group. Gabrielle's practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, as well as competition law, class actions, corporate governance and crisis management.

She advises and represents companies in investigations and proceedings conducted by the Competition Bureau, particularly with respect to restrictive trade practices and deceptive marketing practices.

With a wealth of experience working with clients from a wide variety of fields, Gabrielle demonstrates a strong ability to adapt to the specific needs of her clients while aligning with their business objectives. Her proactive approach, organizational skills, and ability to listen allow her to deliver innovative and tailored solutions.
