Frédérique Guertin

Frédérique Guertin is a notary in the firm’s Real Estate Law group. Her practice focuses on transactional real estate as well as title examinations. Frédérique began working in a notarial office during her college studies nearly 15 years ago, which allowed her to develop a strong interest in real estate law. She subsequently completed her internship there and began her practice upon being sworn in as a notary in 2019.

Her work in divided co-ownership has led her to be involved in numerous large-scale real estate projects, assisting both developers in the drafting of agreements and purchasers in financing and acquisition transactions. As part of her practice, Frédérique has also carried out complex title examinations and prepared detailed title reports, notably in connection with the development of transportation networks and major real estate projects.

Her rigor, empathy, and professional integrity enable Frédérique to support both seasoned industry professionals and those taking their first steps in the real estate world, making her a valued professional among clients and colleagues alike. Frédérique has also had the opportunity to mentor and supervise several junior colleagues in their professional training and internships.
