Ève Tremblay practises in the Labour and Employment Law group in BCF’s Montréal office.
She began her career with co-op placements as part of her joint program in law and business administration, which allowed her to focus her practice on labour and employment law. She began her practice in the legal department of a major international manufacturing company, handling a wide range of matters related to collective and individual labour relations, occupational health and safety, and human rights. Her role as in-house counsel enabled her to develop strong advisory and litigation management skills before the courts, always with a pragmatic approach tailored to the company’s needs and operational realities.
Holding a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), she brings a comprehensive understanding of the various aspects of managing a business and its workforce—an invaluable asset in handling hermatters.
