Etienne Lacroix-Couillard is a member of our Commercial Litigation group at our Montréal office. Working with clients in a wide range of sectors - including film and broadcasting, restaurants and hospitality, and sporting goods - he relies on research and an in-depth understanding of his clients’ industries and markets to develop commercial solutions that meet their needs.

Etienne's practice focuses on contractual disputes, intellectual property protection and extraordinary remedies, including injunctions and seizures before judgment. He regularly drafts written arguments and makes representations before the courts. He works with local, national and international clients.

A law graduate from Université de Montréal, Etienne was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2020 and worked for five years at the Montréal office of a national law firm before joining BCF.
