Emma Conte

Emma Conte is a lawyer in the Litigation group, where her practice focuses on administrative, municipal, and environmental law. She works on complex matters, primarily representing real estate developers, and also advises on their projects.

Known for her rigorous approach and strong analytical skills, Emma provides practical, tailored solutions to her clients’ legal challenges. Proactive and highly collaborative, she is well regarded by her colleagues for her sound judgment and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Emma earned her law degree from the Université de Montréal in 2023. She completed two summer terms as a student at BCF before joining the firm as an articling student in January 2025.
