Eloïse Boileau

Eloïse Boileau is a lawyer in the Business Law group and focuses her practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions, while also handling various commercial law mandates. She joined BCF as a summer student in 2023.

A graduate of the Université de Montréal, Eloïse distinguished herself through her community involvement. During her studies, she participated in an entrepreneurial legal clinic, where she assisted start-up companies by providing legal information. Driven by a strong sense of commitment, Eloïse is recognized for her proactive approach and work ethic in every transaction and mandate she undertakes.
