Chloé Paquette

Chloé Paquette is a lawyer in the Labour and Employment Law practice group at the Montreal office. She practices in litigation, employment law advice, discrimination matters, labour relations, and collective bargaining before both provincial and federal jurisdictions.

A graduate of the Université de Montréal, Chloé holds a Bachelor of Civil Law (LL.B.). During her studies, she completed a community law internship as a legal advisor with an organization specializing in workplace psychological harassment. She also coordinated the activities of a college-level student club as part of the Juripop moot competition.

Prior to joining BCF, Chloé gained legal experience at a boutique labour law firm. Driven by a strong interest in employment dispute resolution and labour relations, she is recognized for her intellectual curiosity and attentive approach.
