Chloé Lépine is a member of our litigation group and she focuses her practice on municipal law, commercial litigation and environmental law.

Both analytical and pragmatic, Chloé intervenes on matters of disguised expropriation and nullity of municipal by-laws for our clients in the real estate and construction industries.

Her in-depth understanding of the business industry enables her to clearly envision the litigation strategy to be adopted and to handle complex, large-scale cases. Chloé’s empathy and reliability are greatly appreciated by our clients whose files she thoroughly monitors. A member of the Barreau du Québec since 2014, she has pleaded before all of Québec’s judicial bodies.
